I went in here to get a whole new look, im on a budget, so i've save up money for the last 2 paychecks to get my hair done. I wanted a simple haircut, I showed the woman a picture of what I wanted and I wanted blonde highlights. When I walked in, I felt awkward there, so I don't know why I didn't walk out then (im very shy!!) but they seemed very irritated that there was another customer, even though I has an appointment.

I waited 30 mins to finally be seen and once I sat down, I told the lady what I wanted done, she really didn't respond and she just went to town on my hair...she chopped...
