WARNING: Don't rely on them to provide a reliable estimate of your insurance coverage or know what plans they participate in, office staff is incompetent and ignorant (Dentist's wife). They assured us we had coverage they accepted and had confirmed with the insurance agency, then stuck us with a $500 bill and pawned all responsibility off on us for their providing us with false information.
