The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice...
