They over book to the point of making patients wait four hours to be seen. Breached contract. Rude staff, cancel appointments because the orthodontist won't be in that day when in truth they booked way to many clients. Go month to two months without being seen when braces are first put on. Can't repair broken brackets or busted bands until next appointment a month to two months later. Horrible...

I don't know how on earth this place has got any good reviews unless no one has been to another dentist office to compare them to. My appt. was scheduled for 10:30 and I wasn't seen until after 12:00. The dentist that saw me also did my cleaning and went over my x-rays. Don't waste your time! I made an appointment on a Friday to get a broken tooth fixed, drove 65 miles to get there. They did a surface cleaning and told me to make an appointment to get the tooth fixed. I made an appointment for the next Monday. On Saturday they called me back and told me they would have to reschedule because the dentist was going to be sick on Monday! Must be nice to know when...

Great staff, dentist was able to put me at ease. The work was done in a really gentle manner, and to top it off, the entire staff was very helpful and pleasant. Great service all around.
