Not so much about the non negotiating about the prices but the employees rummaging through my personal belongings and using my son's scooter was too much! Totally not worth going there ever.

The small window in the backseat of my car was broken. I called several places for quotes and couldn't believe how much people wanted to charge me for such a little piece of glass!
