Dr. Chu is an excellent physician- the last of his kind. The wait times are attributed to the fact that he thoroughly assesses EACH patient during their visit. Most physicians rush you out after 5-10 minutes. I dont mind waiting for a doctor willing willing to listen to my concerns as he does for each and every one of his patients.

Dr Chu is very skilled, professional and compassionate. He answers calls in a timely manner and helps patients practice preventative medicine. I trust him implicitly and have referred many people to his practice. He gives you as much time as you need and never rushes you.

I made an initial appointment with Dr. Chu and forgot about the appointment by mistake. . .I apologized about missing the appointment and the receptionist told me that I needed to "go find a new PCP" because I was kicked out of the system. She was very rude, unsympathetic, and unforgiving. If this is how Dr. Chu runs his office, I am more than glad to find another PCP. . Even if he came...
