Most horrible experience ever. Called and received a quote for a tub with jets .. Sales person gave us a quote , sent us a picture with specs and had a salesperson walk us through there website to view the tub.. All which had jets... So we purchased the tub from them..had to wait 3weeks for it to arrive. Had to pay some one 80.00 to go and pick the tub up from Houston ( live in Beaumont area)... When we received the tub it wasn't the correct one. Had no jets just a big soaker tub.... Well now they refuse to take responsibility for there mistake and want to charge us a 25 percent restocking...

My condo flooded with Hurricane Ike and my kitchen was destroyed. The appliance salesman, Ross, came to my condo and brought along his cabinet designer, Heather. Together they drew a plan for my gutted kitchen and made it more efficient than it ever was. Heather ordered the cabinets and My wife and I met Ross at the Showroom on Richmond to pick our appliances. Ross knew exactly what we were up against, his house had also flooded.
