Be Aware! Would not recommend F&F. Our service light was on for six months and thought it was time...

Be Aware! Would not recommend F&F. Our service light was on for six months and thought it was time to have someone look at our 3 yr old subzero Viking refrig. (it was working fine just service light on) Sam came out. Charges $475 to put freeon in and clean out frig. Two days later the refrig wasn't working at all! The ad is misleading...says guaranteed for 1 year and Sam said only 90 days. Will not have him back to fix his mistake and would never recommend F&F. Stay away!

They over charge you as much as they can

We called them for a Sunday True comm freezer repair because we didn't have access to our regular commercial repair service numbers. They spent ~35 minutes in our shop including the time to pickup 2 free yogurts from us, sprayed the evap. coils to clean them changed a starting cap and tried to charge us $650. Calls to the mfg and our regular service people during the following week couldn't...
