Why pay boutique prices for discount store customer service? There are plenty of places that will charge less (even if they charge the same) and give you better service. I would say NO STARS are given! Eyeglass Charlie's in Sac. Ca. Has terrible customer relations service. No words can describe the terrible service I received by the woman who was behind the counter. Their hours are not helpful either. Save yourself some grief and go elsewhere! SERIOUSLY!!
