I am paying 4x the rate that a new customer would pay for the same unit. There have been regular increases in my rate every year. They do the bait and switch! They will continuously raise your rate. According to their staff they send out a small post card informing you before each increase which he said most throw away on...

I tried calling this place to get a quote on a storage space. After sitting on the automated phone menu for ten minutes, I was finally placed on hold. And then I hung up. What the hell kind of storage space needs all of that? Just have someone to answer the damn phone. No business for you. And no stars either (except one because yelp is making me).
