The hotel staff was amazing! They were super friendly and helped with all my questions. The rooms had previous stains from normal wear and tear. The only other issue was the smell of smoke.

Definitely a unique stay. We were greeted to a front desk with no hotel personal, a construction crew in the lobby complaining of the lack of wash rags, and children in their pajamas playing in the lobby. After using the phone to call for an attendant, we were given the key, then climbed to our third floor room (no elevator) we experienced unique odors, a dog barking and aged carpeting and wall...

The only problem, there was no elevator. It was clean and easy to get to every thing; the University, the Airport and Downtown.

In town for a wedding

The hotel was dirty, no toilet paper without specifically asking for it, loud, foul-mouthed drunks in rooms adjacent using language that was very offensive, no maid service, had kitchenette but no cups, plates, etc. Bedding clean but flimsy. Awoken multiple times at night by loud voices in the hallways. Would never stay here again.
