I applied with Express Pros back in November. When I first came in, Missy told me about all these different opportunities that were coming up & she thought I would be perfect for any of those positions. I made it very clear that I needed full time work & what my minimum pay rate could be. She called me back with in a few days, offering me a part-time job that was way under the pay rate I needed.
I have called in every Monday, to let them know that I am available, but have never received a call back. Where did all those positions go? I even saw a position on the website that I was...

Applied with this company 3 yrs ago and I sat in their office for over an hour and no one even spoke. They walked around you like you weren't even sitting there. Since then, I have called their office every Monday to see if they have any jobs openings but they put me on their availibility list and they still have not called me for a job. I don't understand how they can't find me a job when I call every Monday but everybody around me seems to be going to work.

I went down to their office to see why I haven't been put to work and they told me, they put people to work when a job comes...

This has got to be the most UNPROFESSIONAL bunch of people working at the Kingston Pike location. Every person you speak with gives different instructions. No one seems to know who does what. I've been ""enrolled"" with them for 5 weeks and have not got the first assignment. Sometimes they tell me they cannot find me in their system and to come in and fill out another application. I have worked in a professional environment for over 15 years and am simply amazed that this facility is even open. Don't waste your time with this highly UNORGANIZED Company

Please save your reputation and do not use the agency. This staffing agency does not communicate with the company you are working at. Therefore if you are running late or have an emergency the company thinks you are laying out, because the staffing agent that represents you did not tell the company what had happend. After that, your reputation with that company is ruined.
