I called and asked to have someone come out. I had a hard time getting them to come out. He gets lost on the way to my house and charges me for that time. (Name of person was Kevin) I gave specific directions. After 10-20 minutes of looking at AC, the system just turns on all by itself. Ok, he didn't do anything, but I guess I have to pay something for him coming out. He proceeds to talk about his life, ask me about my life, shows me how to hose down the outside unit, looks at my filters, takes readings of temperatures, then sits in his van for about 30 minutes.
