I have gone to this Dr. Arnsberger and Dr. Richard since they moved to this location. Dr. Bachelder was with Dr Richard prior to Dr Arnsberger and she too was an excellent doctor. The front office personnel are extremely rude and short - not friendly at all. No friendly hello, nothing.
If, it weren't for Valarie Novak - we wouldn't go to this office. We've followed Valarie for years and will continue to follow her. She's amazing- she will take the time to research and speak with other doctors, etc regarding my unusual "symptoms" etc. - she's not afraid to suggest...

We have used Dr Richard for all of my family. He was there when all of my grandchildren were born. We have loved him forever. He is a caring and conscientious Doctor.
