Where is Otd?

Where is Otd? I drove(rode) by their shop, and they are shut down. They need to let their customers know. They need to up date their web site, becouse they have moved, and or they are no longer in business.

highly recommended... no pressure at all, straight up sale, no run around. Deal with you like the old days, straight up and straightforward.
I thoroughly enjoy my bike and thoroughly enjoyed the way i was treated.

I should have headed the warning from the previous reviewer but instead I went to this Grease Monkey on Colfax because it was the most convenient location for me. After having the manager chat me up like we were old buddies, he casually asks for $57 for an oil change! After noticing my obvious disdane for the price demanded, he kindly offered me a $5 discount. Thanks. I asked why it was so much...

Poor customer service and false advertising!

I called the Excel Motorcycle & Watercraft business and was told to bring in my watercraft for service. When I arrived at the business I was told that they would not service my Yamaha waverunner even though they are an authorized Yamaha repair facility. I was not treated very well by the service staff and when I called to talk to the manager of the office, he hung up the phone on me. I would not recommend using this organization to do business, unless you lilke to be treated badly!
