My experience with them in the past has been fine, however, this last time was appauling. I was overcharged by 30 dollars for the sevice that I have gotten done by them several times in the past. I nearly vomitted on the managers face. If you are looking for a fine wax, with unreasonable people this is the place to go. They lost a regular customer for life.

Magdalena was my service provider. She is very good. Quick and fast and very sweet and polite. The place is clean. I booked my next appointment.

Went here for my first Brazilian wax last week and it was nowhere near as painful as I thought it was gonna be. My wax specialist was Nadine and she's amazing! She explained each step and talked to me the entire time (not in a talk your ears off kinda way lol). I will definitely be coming back regularly.

LILLIAN!!! Got my first ever wax today and she definitely is the BEST! She made me feel comfortable, she talked to me and kept my mind off the pain. I definitely overthought the experience. I was so scared I'd be screaming and going crazy. The total opposite. I'll be returning some for my follow up :)
