European Enterprises Belmont/San Mateo = NO GOOD, never pay when he asks for money, double check work when no permit is/was taken out, work not to standard with business regulations. If a Lien is taken on your property, challenge it in court. You take the Small Claims order on him before he takes one on you. His work is bad and not acceptable for this area.
