Terrible customer service! I paid for services that I never received, poor communication from employees and owner. The business moved and the owners split up and several customers were left in the middle, it was like the owner Ann didn't even care. At this med  spa I paid for services. I bought 2 packages that included 6 treatments each. One package cost $224 and the second package cost $265. I received 3 treatments out of the 1st package and 1 treatment out of the second package. Now the business is "closed" or "relocating."
