I have known Mr. Franklin for years now. He is very knowledgeable (over 20 years of experience), and hard working. If he cannot help you in your case, he will always refer you to someone who can, or tell you that you do not have a case. Some people do not take lightly to that. But this man knows what he is talking about!!

I spoke with Eugene Franklin over the phone and he was so rude. He took no direction in the phone call and would not listen to my story. The call ended with him hanging up in my face. If you are looking for an attorney do not call him. he has no conversational skills and I found him plain rude.
