Company charged fee of $1,500 to supply email list and deploy email campaign to 100,000 qualified prospects with a history of purchasing dog related gift items and other doggie merchandise. They allegedly dispatched my mailing piece to that list.  The lack of a single response or inquiry satisfies me that the mailing was never sent or that the addressee list was not as represented.
