I have been a patient of Dr. Erickson for 25 years. I have never missed an appointment or cancelled without calling. They usually call and give me a 2 day 'heads up' before my appointment. I live 10 minutes from their location and had forgotten about my appointment. I received a call 10 minutes after my appointment was schedualed and they told me they were going to charge a $40.00 dollar cancellation fee. I told the person calling that I could be there in 10 minutes and they said ""No, I would have to make another appointment"". I asked ""Why they hadn't called 2 days ahead like they...
