I trust my primary and Gerstenfeld may be competent, but the combination of his lack of bedside manner & his disinterested staff were a turnoff. I was a new patient with several questions and concerns- a waited to be seen, overheard desk staff talking about other patients, and the Gerstenfeld saw me and rushed through the appointment.
