I am sitting here and Sandy is 35 minutes behind schedule. When I asked about the appointment and said I had to go to work I was told I could leave if I wanted. Front desk girl was rude as well....

I called to make an appointment for a haircut & the girl that answered told me to be here at 6:30. I got here promptly at 6:20 & was greeted very rudely by the nail lady. It is now 7:15, 45...

Horrible I ended up with bald lashes after all was said and done and they say they can remove them but once I asked they refused to remove them and they said just let them fall out which looked horrible and embarrassing and they itch like no other. I was willing to pay to have them removed and they still refused. Plus when u go u have no privacy all the girls are in there talking while u r...
