I got poor customer service (no return calls when I left voicemails specifically asking for a return call, for example) and recently they did work on one of my trees without even calling and scheduling an appointment (although they claimed to have called, I checked my records and didn't find one). They also had me write a check directly to the owner, rather than the company, so they could have a party. Or so the tree trimmer told me. Also, be aware that they will charge you the processing fee on top of the quote if you want to use a credit card to pay them. Not worth the okay-at-best work...

They told me that live trees were dead and needed to be removed! Then called me again to tell me the same thing when I have had multple other companies tell me they are still alive!! Check around to make sure before you let them touch your trees! They clearly do not know what is alive or dead! Sounds like they should stick to snow removal!!!!!!!!!!
