Very basic apartment. Over promised under delivered

Wasn't the worst experience ever. Definitely wasn't what they promised when we signed a lease. Told us the lame gym was getting upgraded, instead they never fixed the broken machines (4 months so far), bbqs only work 1 of 4 times you try. Charge $80 a month for motorcycle parking (told me it would be free). To sum it up it was a average at best experience thats was over sold.

I have never felt so happy at an apartment complex. The place is very clean, safe and quiet. If you want to feel welcome and happy when you come home, I highly reccomend checking this place out. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I've also found the rates of their rent to be the best in all of downtown for what you get. Parking, security guard, washer/dryer, amzing roofdeck and much more.

Wow..That person must not of payed their rent!!! The management is better then any place I've ever lived! Everyone is so friendly and nice. I just moved to San Diego 5 months ago and I'm really glad I picked Entrada to live! I felt so welcome the minute I walked into the door. I've also made a lot of friends on the roof top. I am definitly going to renew my lease I love it here!

I moved into the Entrada apartments in April. My experience has been so wonderful that I felt I needed to share it with others. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is very clean and well maintained. It's a great location and I have already made several new friends. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to live in downtown San Diego!

I've been here for 7 months and I love living here. The management is responsive to all my requests whenever they arise. I really enjoy the indoor garage parking and the amenities in my unit. Entrada is conveniently located to everything Downtown. The monthly rent here is worth it, and I don't regret choosing a studio apartment at Entrada.
