I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a billing issue to be resolved, and all I am told is there was a glitch in their system and I need to wait because they have sone everything they can. I only needed a car for 4 hours going from TN to KY. I explained this upfront. Rented the car at 2pm on Saturday, dropped it off at my destination at 6pm and used the key drop. They charged me on Monday for a full 2 days. When I called to talk about it, to their credit, they did offer to knock off the $50 one-way fee, but would not bring it down to 1 day. Poor service. Wanted GPS but was told car I reserved didn't come with GPS. Didn't tell me I needed to bring a utility bill with me. Had to wait while they contacted electric company to get a copy of my bill faxed over. I will definitely look into other options instead of renting from enterprise.
