I had my 1st trip to San Diego this past weekend. My sister set up the trip and had a rental booked thru hertz. When we landed I had to get the rental, so I paid 96.00 to uber to the location that was on the Tijuana, Mexico border ??. When I arrived they not only could not rent me a car because I was using my debit card, but I had to turn around and uber back to the airport in San Diego. Another $96....needless to say when I got there I went thru Enterprise. Had absolutely no problems. I've used them in the past several times, and not once have I had an issue! This airport location meets or exceeds the best Enterprise has to offer on a consistent basis. I actually look forward to the experience of doing business here. Kyle made a great first impression, and understood that i was looking to choose a Charger SXT for a road trip. Nicolas processed my contract with polite and genuine apprecation for me as a customer.
They really do go the extra mile, as needed. Experience was easy and fun. Looking forward to renting again. Brian

I reserved a Premium SUV and what I got was a Ford Expedition (Base Model) without any Premium features. Also the SUV seemed to have some mechanical problem because it vibrated too much ... I spent almost 300 for only two days and did not get at all what I expected.

We planned on getting a small compact car upon arrival at the airport. When we were greeted by Enterprise Rep. he was very helpful. I believe his name was Josh. Anyways, after looking at the compact cars, we opted to do a upgrade to a midsize car and he was again, very helpful in showing us our options. We were given maps and were on our way. The car handled perfectly. However, on the day before we were to return the vehicle, we noticed that the passenger side rear directional was not working. Very satisfied with Enterprise In San Diego Airport in Admiral Boland way, customer service is excellent. The staff is very accommodating when I had to change the van the next day they upgraded me right away to a nice SUV with no hassle my family was happy. Thank you everyone for your service.
