1. The pick up service is not "quick" it varies but averages 45 minutes to an hour\r

I got this rental for a work trip. I had great service! I called and requested to have somebody pick me up, that representative set the standards! She was very friendly and talkative. You know when you don't know somebody that silent awkwardness is a killer. Not her, I almost wanted to keep riding with her! Once I got to Enterprise on 16th St. the counter staff was very nice, got me my car and...

My insurance company arranged a car rental for me while my car was having body work performed. The agent was prompt with the car, it was ready when I arrived. She was very pleasant and made the experience very simple. The car clean.

secret parking downtown

I use this lot to park in downtown at night. It is centrally located and no one ever messes with you. second saturday and there is npo parking
