Unfortunately, it was one of the worst experience that I have had with Enterprise. My first car that I requested to have Bluetooth capabilities to avoid talking and driving and didn't have any working Bluetooth device even though it had it it wasn’t tested. Then the car sounded like a freight truck when it's was started in the morning or when you turn the AC on. The car was dirty on the inside and on the outside there was a CD left in the car CD player. Plus it was drinking too much gas it was already off full before I could get to the freeway. And on ¾ tank when I got to Vallejo. So when I...

I love how fast and easy it was to rent a car. The staff was friendly and very professional. Less hoops to go through when renting and returning. Everything was done electronically, so no bulky paper work. The only paper I recieved was the receipt at check in. I also received an email receipt. Rates were very good. I tried a cheaper rental company but in the long run was more expensive. Thank you Enterprise for such good service.

I really appreciate Enterprise! Great service, and professional staff, plus got a great car on my rental. I compared rates and there's was best. I will defiantly use Enterprise on my next car rental.
