Rented a car from 9/25 to 9/28. Here is the only problems that I ran into, 1. Went by the office in Morristown after I reserved online to tell them I needed to be picked up at my home at 10am on the 9/25. Well 10am came and went, had to call and they said they would send someone. Well about 11:30 my ride arrived, by the time we got back to the office and I got my car it was after 12pm. I had...

Go to empire or hertz enterprise is a scam. All management is concerned about making money off of you! I know I use to work there

I just rented a car from Hertz, they are much friendlier than enterprise in Morristown, and cheaper too.
