Terrible experience. Did not have the proper vehicle ready, or any vehicle ready. Somehow they called my old work number to give me a message which I did not get. Downgraded me from a full size SUV to a minivan. Had to travel 2-3 miles to a different lot to wait for the minivan. Employee cleaning the minivan was far more concerned about his phone call than finishing the vehicle. The windows...

Have used this location on many occasions for business and they have been first class. I have never waited more than 10 to 15 minutes to get my car. The cars are always clean and above average....
