Best Mexican food downtown L.A.

I was surprise at the low food prices - being downtown L.A. The food is excellent and served with soup, chips and choice of tortillas.

Laticia set me up at the bar top just now. Great customer service, lots of beer choices. I didn't get anything to eat but I'm sure it's good the food...
