I was absolutely appauled by the Fat guy who came down to the pool because a baby was crying! Are you kidding me. We paid a lot of money to stay at English Mountain Condominiums and this man was very rude! I don't know who he is but he never worked in the office, so I presume he lives there. I can't figure out why, if they rent weekly-nightly they would allow this man too make people feel so...
