Rachel Robertson runs The Energy Within, a Pilates studio on the northeast corner of Highway 101 and Encinitas Boulevard. Robertson has been teaching Pilates since 1993 and studied several modalities on the way to becoming a master trainer, qualifying her to train potential instructors. The spacious, sunny studio has classes every hour and private sessions are available for $80 an hour.
