Bad product - Worse customer treatment

We have several beautiful old French doors in our home, of which 4 glass panes had punctured and needed to be replaced. We brought the 4 glass panes to Encinitas Glass and asked them to make exact copies. Upon receiving the new glass panes and installing them, we noticed that the black border frames (spacer covered by butyl) showed beyond the wooden frames on all 4 panes, hence making them unsightly and completely unacceptable. The original panes had butyl covered spacer at only half the width of the new ones (5/16” versus ½” to be specific).
