VERY rude and not helpful. For a "family" business I expected at minimum a friendly voice and good customer service.. What I got was an annoyed woman who did not offer up information and literally said " is that all?" I would rather pay more and go elsewhere!

The staff at Empire Rent-A-Car exceeded my expectations with their service and pricing. I originally contacted a nationally well known rental car company, but they weren't able to easily accommodate our request because of policies and procedures. I contacted Empire Rent-A-Car with the same situation, and they were happy to work with me. I highly recommend them and will most certainly use them...
