I have a difficult time even knowing where to begin. I could write pages. Truthfully, this Regis Corporation/ Empire Beauty School chain, is simply after your money. This is a money-making scam/venture for them. They over-enroll students, 25 students to one teacher (my experience), explicit favoritism prevails and is overlooked, and unlawful relations between teachers and students openly...

Affordable

Empire is a very affordable good quality hair salon. I will never go back to paying full price, the students do a great job, the teachers are great guides during the process I always walk out happy with the cut or color I get. It does take a little longer to get a service done, but I don't mind because it keeps me out of the house and a great time to be alone and read my book.
