i have been there several times and the time time i went a young lady named Gabby did my hair. She is the ONLY one there who has ever done my hair. She is very good and professional, but if you cant take the heat she is not the one for you, because "she loves to blow dry". It is unfortunate that you had that experience, or feel that you were mistreated. Please be advised that anytime you go to a training facility such as a beauty school, it is just that. Students are being trained in a vocation and require patience and understanding while performing services. I receive services at this location weekly. Do not waste your money or time. Incapable of even performing basic services like mani/pedi's. Fatima pretended to misunderstand what a "manicure" is, proceeded to place my feet in the bath BACKWARDS and attempted to cut my cuticles when they AREN'T even allowed to do that! Their teacher acts mentally handicapped, which led me to believe that as long as the school is getting government money...
