I visited the Bellevue location.
The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The reason for my low rating is because of the scheduling and billing process.
You have to have 2 initial appointments just to get a cleaning- that's not convenient at all.
My real frustration is with the billing. I was initially told that my procedures weren't covered by my insurance. I had them double check and was...

I highly recommend Embassy Dental in either Brentwood or Murfreesboro. The edodontist from Brentwood just called me to check how I was doing and to make sure I was okay after my root canal today. Not an office person or front desk person, the endodontist himself called...That was really cool. I mainly go to Murfreesboro and they are AMAZING!....The bad reviews are completely off the mark. Worse experience I have ever had in a dental office!!! I felt like I was in a high pressure sales meeting! They also gorse services on you that are not covered by your insurance that you can not opt out of!! If you have the choice to go somewhere else I would!!!!
