This is a real asset to the city of Seattle! I guess it just operates seasonally, but it?s a great way to beat the summer traffic from west Seattle. Leave your car at home and take the water taxi to downtown! It?s $3 to ride or $1 with a transfer (you?ll get a transfer from the trip) and it only takes 10 minutes ? it beats the heck out of a stinky bus.
Like the bus, exact change is required
You may stay on-board at your destination if you want to create a quick round-trip tour.
A free shuttle van operates between the Admiral District, Alki Point and the West Seattle Junction on the West Seattle side.
There's no charge to take your bike on-board, but that pooch will cost you.
