Bought a computer from them and the computer is amazing, best prices ever same day service and repair, and very fair prices. $50 flat rate with free anticirus can't beat that!! Def recommend this place fit all service, repair etc!!

I cant understand what this guy is complaining about. You called 5 times and say you cant get through to him? Makes absolute no sense considering that Ken has set an appointment with me right away, I had it back the same day! Always answered and was the most punctual competent technician I ever worked with. He is also very professional, and my friend that first told me about ElitePC couldnt stop bragging about his service. Seems like "****** off" is just a local business that can't compete with his service and prices.I came across this ad and notice the negative rating and felt that I should intervene. In my experience, I was unable to turn my PC on, and I brought it over to his shop, 3 hours later I got called to pick up the computer. He took the time to show me what he did, how to prevent it from happening again. He even included an Antivirus with the service. All together I paid $50! Where bestbuy charged me 80 just to tell me it would cost $200 more to repair the issue (plus they told me I would lose all my data unless I pay an extra 150 to recover my pictures). ElitePC did it all for $50! I needed to say that It is unfair that someone would rate 1 star on such a great business that is fair and excellent prices.

I cannot rate the service. I cannot get any. I have called at least five times & spoke with Ken. He said he would call be back right away. He never did. I sent two emails with no reply.I cannot schedule service since he is a phantom. On his site he has a list of his qualifications - which includes two Microsoft certifications. I used to sell training for these qualifications. If you had what he claims he has you start at six figures!!! I see from the first evaluation that he seems to be competent. So what! You can't get the service.

My computer is BETTER THAN I CAN EVER REMEMBER! I brought it in, later that same day they called telling me my PC was ready for Pick-up.Ken showed me my computer, and I couldnt even recognize it! IT was so fast, so clean. HE EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO CLEAN IT COMPLETELY! (making it look shiny and new!-- I was always scared to clean my screen, not knowing what to use to clean it. And he went ahead and cleaned it for me with special cleaner)Im telling everyone! It only cost me $50 bux, where I brought to a store and they told me it would be almost $200! I cant say enough about ElitePC. They are the best! And have me and my family/friends as a life-long customer! I hope they NEVER MOVE!!
