This place is great. I have been taking a boot camp class here for 8 weeks now. I have lost inches & my body is looking great. This was the jump started I needed to really get in shape. The trainers are helpful and really motivate you to keep on working. I recommend this to anyone who is looking to get in shape & help keep them in shape.
