I have called twice now and talked to two different front desk people. Dawn and maybe Martha. Neither one has returned my phone calls regarding my insurance situation. How can I make an appointment if you do not return my phone calls?! Furthermore, after reading all of the negative reviews I will take my business elsewhere.

I have been trying to get a refund from Elite Dental since May 9th for about $200 of overcharges but have gotten no where. Next steps is to contact Dept. of Insurance and Better Business...
