Very unprofessional! I went for a mother daughter spa day. spending over $235 for two body wraps that were far from nice! cold room cold table. They listed in the brochure that while you wrapped in a ""cocoon"" you would be able to decide if you'd like a foot massage or facial massage. Did not receive either. They made lame excuses on why they didnt provide us with the full service!
