This restaurant recently changed owners. We had the opportunity to visit Anamosa Iowa and stopped in at the new El Tapatio. Where to start? Chips and salsa -- the chips melt in your mouth. I had the Camarones Momias, which was fajitas with bacon wrapped shrimp assaulted in gooey cheese. You should eat here, and try that.
