We stayed here recently 2/12/16 enjoyed it very much! Rooms are small, but clean,and comfortable. Breakfast was good and fresh, however , my boyfriend eat a lot and it didn't appear to be enough for the the other guests so he held back. Lovely Boutique Hotel

We had a great visit here for a couple nights: cozy clean room, convenient location, great rate and wonderful family running the place. It was a great treat to come back at the end of the day and smell delicious banana bread for the next morning's breakfast in the courtyard! Best breakfast on the trip - I highly recommend it!

We stayed in downtown Chula Vista for a quincenera. We researched and found this awesome gem of a historical hotel. The reviews were right about it being homie and friendly. Amazing Staff, Affordable, Great Breakfast

I booked this hotel last minute and was so happy with my decision! Karen and Katie were so sweet and accommodating, gave us great suggestions for places to eat and treated us like family. The breakfast was excellent and Karen seemed genuinely interested in all of the guests and our plans. Best hotel experience!

Overall, we had a wonderful time at this lovely B&B. The service was just spectacular and everyone was so caring it felt like we were visiting family :).
Oh and Katie's gluten free and vegan donuts were just added bonus, we enjoyed these every morning. We will definitely come back to this little gem of a hotel.
