Help us make it rightNew Mexican cuisine in the very amenable Park Slope.
I'm so sad to hear that this place closed. I am going to miss the refreshing fresh-squeezed watermelon juice and enchiladas.
I really like this place, order at least once a week and the service is always impeccable. They accidentally gave me soup instead of salsa last time but sent over salsa within five minutes of my call advising them of the mistake. Maybe not the best mex in the city but definitely the best in north slope.
Went here for the first time and really enjoyed it. The watermelon juice is a must, especially in the summertime. The enchiladas and steak burrito were also good.
This makes the second time ("fool me twice, shame on me") that delivery has taken more than hour . . . we're now going on 1 hr. 15 minutes and counting (after being told "only 10 minutes more" about, oh, a half-hour ago). The food is OK, the cafeteria decor you can live with, but please do yourself a favor and do not order takeout. Subpar . . . late . . . cold.
The food is great. The portions are generous. Delivery is timely even in heavy rain or snow. I've never received a cold meal. Kudos for their willingness to tweak an order to suit my preference. What else can you ask for?
