Great local company!! They know the difference between specialty coffee and commercial coffee. Being the roasters themselves they deal with the farmers directly and pay fair wages for their beans....

Specialty Tea. We went to Placerville ' s farmers market bought some Local Joe got to talking with them and went to shop in Shingle Springs to purchase some tea, they made a special blend of aloha with ginger in it for my boyfriend very friendly and informative. Wish they were open on Sundays. Great people!
