Called them out to diagnose a "sewage or mold" smell in our back bathroom. Spent two minutes dismissing smell problem, then did very showy check of our sewer line, video pipe etc and then tried to sell us a replacement sewer line for $$$$ to replace the trenchless one we'd had done only three …
