Disappointed is not strong enough a word to describe our experience. Initially we were sold on Egnatia, with five and a few four stars, all of them giving them high marks for nice guys, good work and a fair price. Now, looking at the reviews, we see they started to go south right after we contacted them in August 2014.

They principals are nice enough. They were responsive (email/text) and good about coming back to fix things. But bottom line, the actual work was mediocre. Big gaps in floor threshold and cabinet/back splash install was definitely less than average. But again, good guys. Just wish the principal was there onsite every time work was done.

Me and my wife met with 3 different contractors and egnatia construction was by far the most professional and affordable. The guys were always on time and cleaned the jobsite before they left everyday.
